Kolus Corp. is a small, family owned business dedicated to building beautiful and comfortable southwest-style homes in Placitas, New Mexico. We are not the large volume builder of cookie-cutter homes so often seen in the southwest, but rather the craftsmen of unique and individual homes, each built one-at-a-time. Every home is designed specifically for the lot it’s on, thereby taking full advantage of the surrounding views.

In addition to premium views, our homes include great details like radiant floor heating, wood/gas kiva fireplaces, forced air conditioning, casement windows, luxurious master suites, large secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets, granite kitchen counter tops, and walk-in pantries.
